2 cups white rice, cooked and cooled (slightly over cook)
2 Tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sesame oil
1 package Nori Sheets
1 Cucumber
2 Avocados, ready to use
1 Carrot
Soy Sauce to serve

Optional:
1 Wasabi powder or paste
1 jar Pickled Ginger
1 small Jicima
1 package Smoked Salmon
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 filet Ahi tuna
1 package Imitation Crab
3 Tablespoons Mayonaise
1 Tablespoons Siracha (Roster Sauce)
