Quinoa Bowls

3 cups Quinoa
1 cup Black beans, canned or fresh cooked
1 Avocado
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 bunch Cilantro
1 Lime

Choose a sauce: Optional

Tali Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 lemon, juiced
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon each of cumin, curry, turmeric, salt, garlic powder, onion powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Hummus
1 can garbanzo, or black beans
1 Tablespoon tahini paste (optional)
1 clove garlic
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water or reserved liquid from beans
