1 pound Chicken
or
1 package tofu
1-2 Bell Pepper
1 head Cauliflower
8 oz Peas
2 Carrots
1 Onion
1 inch piece of Ginger
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons Curry paste or powder
2 teaspoons turmeric
3 cups Rice cooked
