Beef Stew

2-3 servings:

1 pound Beef Stew cuts
1 cup Flour (or rice flour if gluten free)
4 Carrots
1 bunch Celery
2 Onions
1 pint Mushrooms
1 bottle Red wine, your choice or 2 if you would like a glass
2 Red or yellow potatoes
1 qt. Beef stock
2 cups Brown Rice
1 Tablespoon Thyme

Optional: 
1 Butternut squash
1 sweet potato
